Unfortunately, this needs to be done manually in New Zenler.

However, it is a very simple process.

I recorded a short video for my YouTube channel to show you.

In summary:

(1) Go to Email Broadcasts

(2) Create a new list

(3) Go to "all contacts"

(4) Filter the exact contacts you want (you can do it by course, plan, role, tag, and lots more)

(5) Once you filtered the contacts correctly, check them all

(6) Click "add to email list"

(7) Choose the email list you want to add them to

Copy the code
Go to the page you want to paste it into.

Applying it on New Zenler:

Add a block
Add a row
Chose the columns you want
Add element
Custom HTML
Click on it once added
Click on the gear icon
Click on Change content
Delete the default code
Paste the code you copied from Calendly
Click on Save

Answer: Sending an email in bulk to a contact list will help you save time.

Also, tags help you filter and easily identify your contacts.

They provide details or label to make you more productive and efficient while working.

Here's the guide how to send an email to a segment email list or sending an email in bulk.

Click on Email Broadcast tab on top
Click on Create List button on the upper right-hand corner of the page
Click Import Contacts that are relevant to the list
Click Choose file to upload a CSV file where your contacts are saved and compiled.

Another option is to manually add the tag on your current list. Here's how to do that:

On the same page, click on All Contacts from the side bar menu
Seleact a contact and click the edit icon on the far right and apply tag manually.
Click Update button

Note: You need to manually do it one by one on each profile which may take time.

Creating the actual Email Broadcast or sending an email in bulk:

Click on Email Broadcast tab on top
Click on "Create New Broadcast" button on the upper right-hand corner of the page
Select the receipients or the email list. You can select a specific group based on the tags you created.
Apply a filter and choose "User Tag contains".

Create the course then click Publish
Go to tab "pages"
Click the checkout page (the 2nd one) in the funnel and cutomize it in a new tab
When done, go back to pages and click the link icon to copy the URL
Link it to your home page, wordpress site, blog or anywhere you want to post the product or service you are selling.

Important note: Make sure you also customize the Thank you page (the page that comes after the checkout page) as that is where people will be re-directed to right after they paid.
