Here are the steps on how to import or upload a new contact in New Zenler:

Individual

Click on Site tab ot top.
Click People
On this page, click Add User to manually add contacts if you are adding 1 or a few.
Fill out the needed information and click on ADD button and you are done!

Multiple Contacts

Click on Site tab ot top.
Click People
On this page, click Import Users
Select the role of the contacts you are uplaoding and click Choose File button to upload the CSV file you prepared.
Click Next
Map the information to match the colums you have in your CSV file.
Click Next
Add necesarry tag, courses, plan, and funnels to the contacts you are importing based on your liking.
Click Finish and wait for a few minutes for the contacts to be fully imported.

Sometimes you have a large video file that you want to send to your virtual assistant or business partner.

Also, you may be trying to send a large video file from your phone to your computer.

Sending documents, pictures, and small files are easily done through emails.

There are other services like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. But sometimes these are not enough for large files.

How can you send these for free?

Answer: You can easily do this by using WeTransfer.com on your phone or desktop,

Here are the steps:

Upload the video file, choose the email you want to send it to (your own or someone else) and send.
Once you hit send, it take a few seconds or minutes to actually send, as these are large files.

Note:

Be patient and let the file transfer take place.
When done, you will receive an email that the transfer was done.
The recipient will also receive an email letting them know there are files for them to download. Once they do, you'll be notified too.
In any case they don't download it for a certain amount of time, you'll be notified that the files haven't been downloaded so you can alert the person you sent it to so they can download the files.
They don't stay in "delivery mode" forever.
There is a size limit to each transfer, but it is HUGE amount of space and would do the job for most people.
You can always break it up if needed to multiple transfers.

Most online course platforms and video hosting charges you based on video storage, the quality, the size of video, and etc.

There are times that a video that is too large won't even upload. Most video hosting solutions accept MP4 with more ease than other options or types. The smaller the files, the better.

Please note that there are also factors that may affect the quality output of your videos. On of them is if you are recording a video with really good camera, logitech for example, the size of the video file will easily increase even if it has shorter duration.

**The most efficient way I have found to convert large video files from .mov or over 1GB videos to smaller mp4 videos is through uploading it to a YouTube channel as unlisted video. Lastly, download it as shown on the picture below:
